CAMPUS :
IMST is located in Ranchi, Jharkhand near Marwari College [Boys] closely connected to M.G.Road[popularly known as Main Road]. It is at a walking distance from the central place of Ranchi,i.e., Firayalal.
The campus area is spread over. Besides classrooms, it has conference and seminar halls and the library. It has a wi-fi campus with broad-band internet facility.

PRODUCTION STUDIO
We at the IMST have a production studio for students to undertake audio-visual productions. The studio is equipped with the latest digital cameras, lighting apparatus, multi-channel audio and other studio equipment. The studio floor area is adequate for recording News Shows, Discussions, Quiz Shows etc. The most notable feature being our 24 hour news channel,named, PBL Nazar TV.

CAMERAS
We do have the latest digital cameras for both studio and outside recording. Digital cameras are also available for still photography and for practical training in cameras aesthetics, presentation and operations.

HOSTEL
We also provide hostel facility with boarding and lodging on a limited scale.

LIBRARY
We have raised a library which provides host of books, both text-books and reference-books, related to various aspects of media. The library also subscribes to various journals and news magazines. We also have audio/video cassettes and CDs and DVDs on different media subjects and award winning documentary films.
